Founded by Taiwanese entrepreneur Jason Tsai‚ Entagroup enjoys a strong Taiwanese heritage and culture throughout the organisation. The group is located within a strikingly impressive and purpose built pagoda building in Telford‚ Shropshire. Designed by Jason’s wife‚ Ruth‚ and made from genuine Taiwanese and Chinese materials including specially crafted roof tiles from Shanghai‚ this unique building cost £5million to construct in 1995 and is surrounded by beautiful gardens with calming waterfalls‚ ornate bridges and over 200 Koi Carp; a symbol of success and prosperity.
Within the building the corridors and stairwells are home to traditional and contemporary art pieces from Taiwanese and British artists and the third floor houses the Tsai Gallery within which a number of unique paintings‚ sculptures‚ carvings and antiques can be admired. Jason is an advocate of promoting a mutual understanding of Chinese and British cultures and this philosophy is reflected in many of the pieces. He is also a supporter of a number of local charities including the Telford Chinese School.
Entagroup is a family orientated organisation and several of the employees are members of Jason’s own family and friends. Jason places great importance on getting to know every member of staff. He also plays an active role in the daily operations of all three companies and regularly joins staff in Entagroup’s 900m2 main sales and operations office.
