The 25 strong specialist sales team is available to speak to customers every day. After 17 years in the industry, Enta Technologies embodies the personal approach and knows that customers appreciate talking to real people. This enables them to build up a relationship and rapport, making for a more friendly experience and a more efficient service.
As well as putting a face to a voice, the new Meet the Team section of Entaonline offers a call-back request. Clicking on this button alerts the member of staff, who then telephones the customer as soon as possible. This is an efficient and pro-active way to take the onus off the customer and enabling them to simply click a button, safe in the knowledge that they will be speaking to an Enta Technologies specialist sales advisor very soon.
