Leading wholesale voice and data communications provider, Entanet, will once again be exhibiting at Convergence Summit South and will be using this year’s event to empower the channel, reminding resellers of the high quality services available from Entanet and the various ways in which the provider can support its channel partners.
Visitors to stand five will learn how Entanet can provide them with various types of support to help them obtain and win new business opportunities. This includes marketing support and lead generation; pre-sales and solutions consultants to help them design, cost and implement more complex solutions such as IP VPNs; dedicated account managers; and experienced 24/7 UK based technical support and network engineers. Entanet also provides various white label documentation and billing options to enable the partner to supply the services under their own brand; bespoke training options; and comprehensive online interfaces such as synergi, via which the reseller can fully manage and monitor their accounts.
Entanet’s Head of Marketing, Darren Farnden explained: “Just providing high quality, reliable services isn’t enough. A truly channel focused provider needs to support its partners at every stage, arming them with the knowledge and tools they need to confidently sell. That is how Entanet partners can benefit. We empower them to win new business opportunities, supporting them at every stage.”
Visitors to the Entanet stand will also be treated to demonstrations of its comprehensive new synergi interface via which reseller partners can manage their accounts, view real time reports, place orders, diagnose faults, interact with other Entanet partners, download comprehensive sales and training resources and much more. Additionally, Entanet will demonstrate its award winning VoIP services, highlighting how reseller partners can confidently manage these solutions via an easy to use management portal, and explaining how resellers can confidently generate profitable revenues from the monthly rental, setup costs and call charges for the life of each service.
Entanet will also be discussing its newly-released portfolio of FTTC services, which offer speeds of up to 40Mbps, depending on distance from the cabinet and quality of the line. Entanet has launched a range of 11 distinct Business and Family packages, with inclusive monthly bandwidth allowances ranging from 15GB to 360GB.
Farnden states: “Our new FTTC portfolio provides channel partners with a comprehensive range of service options to meet varying customer requirements. They have 11 packages to choose from, each with clearly defined monthly allowance limits. Each package can also have the upstream speed upgraded to up to 10Mbps for a small additional monthly fee and the end user can choose their required method of payment for any overuse providing resellers with a flexible portfolio.”
This will be the sixth consecutive year that Entanet has exhibited at the Convergence Summit South, which is now firmly established as one of the channel’s leading exhibitions. The event brings the voice and data channel together, enabling carriers, vendors and ISPs, resellers, systems integrators and VARs to build on their existing relationships and forge new partnerships in converging markets. Commenting on Entanet’s continued support of the event, Farnden added: “The Convergence Summit South provides exhibitors such as Entanet with the perfect opportunity to meet existing and potential channel partners face to face and discuss what we have to offer, what’s new to the market and how we can help each other. We are looking forward to another successful show.”
